A project management tool built from scratch in Coda to streamline team collaboration and task management.
Background
Baking Bread keeps track several processes; on-boarding, video production, script writing and prospcting, to name a few.
Problem
User on-boarding, project tracking, and task management were all handled manually, leading to missed steps and errors as the company grew.
Solution
Breadcrumbs project manager is a tool i built in Coda to consolidate messy spreadsheets and streamline workflows.
Results
The team uses Breadcrumbs as the core of their project management system, reducing errors and letting employees focus on higher-value tasks.
